Anand is currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Data Analytics & AI practice at KANINI. Anand's passion for business architecture, BI, and data analytics has empowered him to build teams with strong subject matter expertise in wealth management data and niche technology portfolio in India. He holds an Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics and a Post Grad Program in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence. Anand's specialties include influential leadership, business architecture, data science, analytics, strategic planning, and program management. He has worked with several companies in the past, including Aspire Systems, where he served as the Head of Artificial Intelligence Practice. During his tenure, he drove innovation for the AI & Big Data practice and designed and led the implementation of several frameworks and accelerators for the BFS domain. Anand also mentored and trained juniors on AI skills and built and presented proposals for new AI initiatives for clients in BFS, retail, and insurance industries. Anand has also served as a mentor and Data Science coach for the Business Analytics programs at the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He coached data science techniques and tools and helped seed project ideas into students and provided guidance for successful completion.
